She is a native Tucsonan and will be attending Pima Community College working toward a degree in Mathematics.  She will also be working on getting her teaching certificate with a goal to teach middle or high school students. Teaching has been something Katelyn has enjoyed since middle school. She credits her passion for teaching to the amazing teachers she had the past 4 years in high school.  Katelyn hopes to have a positive and lasting impact on students just as her teachers did for her.  Congratulations on your educational endeavors Katelyn!
