Haley has worked in the field of child welfare and behavioral health for the last 20 years. She is currently the Regional Operations Director for the Southern Arizona region for Community Medical Services. In this role, Haley has worked to expand opioid treatment throughout Southern Arizona by opening clinics in rural areas and working with Law Enforcement to create programs to deflect individuals into opioid treatment instead of jail.
Haley worked for the Arizona Department of Child Safety, the local Regional Behavioral Health Authority, and within the Tucson crisis system before her husband became addicted to opioids. Through this experience, Haley has come to more deeply appreciate and understand the consequences of addiction for individuals and their families, which led her to become part of the CMS team in 2017.
